First looks from the sidewalk
Dealerships often sit on busy commercial streets. A dealership here competes for attention with every storefront on the block.
That puts a lot of weight on the first look. A buyer walking up from the sidewalk sees the showroom glass before any car, and a service customer judges the whole store by the waiting room. We clean dealerships so the building looks as new as the inventory inside it.
Glass walls and a showroom floor that shines
Dealership glass is big, bright and unforgiving. We clean floor-to-ceiling showroom windows on the inside, wipe entry doors and push bars, and remove the fingerprints that collect on every pane next to a display car. Interior partitions, glass office fronts and display cases are polished so nothing clouds the view of the vehicles.
Showroom floors show every tire mark and footprint. Polished tile, concrete and stone get a dust mop, then a damp mop, edge to edge, with extra care around display platforms, turntables and the paths between cars. Scuffs near the delivery bay are worked out, and the entry mats are vacuumed. Burnishing, scrubbing and stone polishing are scheduled through commercial floor care to keep the shine high.
Lounges, coffee bars and restrooms
Customers waiting on a deal or a repair spend real time in your lounge. Tables, chairs and sofas are wiped and vacuumed, magazine racks and charging stations are dusted, and the television wall and children’s corner are tidied. At the coffee bar, counters, machines, sinks and the floor in front of it are cleaned, and the trash and recycling go out.
Customer and staff restrooms get a full clean on each visit: toilets, urinals, sinks, partitions and mirrors are cleaned and disinfected, dispensers are refilled from our stock or yours, and the floor is mopped and dried so the room smells fresh when the first customer of the morning walks in.
Sales desks, finance rooms and offices
The sales floor is where people sit down to talk numbers, so the desks have to look sharp. We dust and wipe sales desks, guest chairs and monitors, clean the glass of each finance and closing office, and empty the trash and recycling bins. Shred boxes and paperwork stay where they are, and crews clean around them.
Behind the showroom, management offices, the staff break room, conference rooms and the employee restrooms are part of the same visit. Break room counters, sinks, microwaves and refrigerator handles are wiped, and the floor is cleaned so the team starts each morning in a tidy building.
The delivery area deserves its own attention, since that is where a buyer takes the keys and snaps a photo. Its floor, glass and seating are cleaned to showroom standard, and the hand-off desk is cleared and wiped so the moment feels like an occasion.
Service drive, waiting area and parts counter
The service side carries the heaviest traffic. The service write-up desks and check-in kiosks are wiped, the service waiting area gets the same care as the main lounge, and the parts counter is cleaned along its top, front and the floor where customers stand. Service advisor offices and the cashier window are dusted and wiped.
Service drive floors and shop floors can be scrubbed on a set cycle to lift oil and tire tracks, and the entry walks and the approach to the service drive can be refreshed with pressure washing. A porter can also pick up litter around customer parking during the day.
Ready at opening and on sale weekends
We clean dealerships after the showroom closes or in the early morning, so the store is finished before the sales team arrives. Visits work around late closings, vehicle deliveries and anything parked on the showroom floor overnight.
A big sales weekend or a model launch brings a crowd and a mess. We can add a deep clean before the event and a reset the morning after, and day porter services can keep restrooms stocked, the lounge tidy and the glass clear while the floor is busy.
What shapes the price of dealership cleaning
Pricing follows the building. The factors are the square footage of the showroom, offices and service areas, visits per week, the amount of showroom glass, the floor finish, the number of restrooms and lounges, your opening hours, and any porter hours or event cleaning you add.
We walk the store with your manager, from the front doors to the parts counter, and send a written quote built on that visit.
